The ring that holds the toilet down rested off so I replaced it with a brass toilet ring that holds the stool bolts

I want to give an extremely HUGE shout out and Thank you to Jeff Morgan with JM Plumbing Services. I called him this afternoon and explained to him the issue we were having with our hot water heater. Instead of coming out to our house and having a service fee plus parts he told me exactly how we can fix it with parts from Home Depot, right off the shelf, how to install them and everything! After getting the hot water heater parts installed our next issue that we had was not getting pressure to a couple of faucets. After another phone call to him he told us how to fix that problem as well! It's just a little simple things that no one thinks about when having to do these homeowner repairs! LOL

He was very nice and polite to talk with over the phone. He could have easily made that service call, fixed it himself and charged us an arm and a leg but instead he helped us over the phone and we were only out the less than $30 to buy the parts to fix it. I will definitely call him again for anything that we may need!
