Maven Construction & Environmental was founded in 2008 by a group of Federal construction professionals, each with more than 20 years experience in Government contracting, who had worked together for many years at other companies. Our first prime contracts were asbestos surveys and abatement, and we built our company’s construction resume by working as a first-tier turn-key subcontractor on milita
ry bases. We established safety and quality control programs which meet or exceed industry standards. We developed an infrastructure that would accommodate company growth and support our mission: building lasting partnerships with our clients by providing exceptional craftsmanship, responsive action, and service-oriented professionalism. And that is how, through more than 720+ successful projects with a total value in excess of $71.2M, Maven has established itself as a preferred Federal construction contractor. Maven’s project history demonstrates our expertise in a wide range of horizontal and vertical construction scopes, as well as environmental remediation, delivered via Design-Build and Design-Bid-Build contracts. Our competitive prime work includes Task Orders under Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contracts such as the Roof Repairs & Replacement IDIQ at NSA Crane and Glendora Test Facility, IN; Minor Construction MAC for NSA Crane and Glendora Testing Facility (2012 and 2016); Abatement Services IDIQ at NSA Crane (2013 and 2014); Construction IDIQ MATOC, National Guard Activities, IN; and Construction IDIQ MATOC, National Guard Activities, OH. Maven is based in Odon, Indiana, 15 minutes from Naval Support Activity Crane; our Southeast Regional Headquarters is located in Jacksonville, FL with an additional bona fide office in Gulfport, MS. Maven has performed work in Indiana, Tennessee, New York, Florida, Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana, and Puerto Rico.
