Putting the John Deere to work this afternoon on my personal lawn. This is common Bermuda that I’ve been maintaining at a 0.5” height of cut. The last picture is what it looked like after I scalped it down to 0.25” just 13 days ago! As you can see, Bermuda grass is incredibly resilient. This went from essentially dirt, back to a fully established lawn again in less than 2 weeks. With the proper amount of water, fertilizer, and correct mowing frequencies, Bermuda can be one of the best looking turf grasses there is. There’s a reason it’s the grass of choice for almost every major golf course and sports field in America!
