This bathroom is a lesson in letting materials play off one another.

The depth and movement of the green tile. The warmth of the natural wood. Black stone grounding the space. Brass bringing in just enough contrast.

Even the way materials are used matters. Taking the tile higher draws your eye up, while the vertical wood detailing creates its own rhythm throughout the room.
Different textures, tones, and finishes, all working together to make the space feel collected and cohesive.

This bathroom had a few things working against it: a tiny shower, a broken whirlpool bath tub, limited storage, and a layout that wasn’t making the most of the space.

The wish list? A large shower that could become the focal point, better storage, and COLOR.

From there, we helped bring the pieces together. Terrazzo and herringbone gave her the personality she wanted while still feeling cohesive, and sconces at the vanity brought in a more elevated layer of lighting.

Now she has room for the lotions and perfumes, a shower worth showing off, and a bathroom that finally feels like her.
