As Tatco Construction celebrates its sixth year, we are proud to recognize Joe Lassiter, Senior Project Manager, for his continued leadership and contributions to the growth of our company. With 10 years of experience in construction, Joe is passionate about building lasting relationships with clients, developers, architects, subcontractors, and project teams. He believes trust, communication, and accountability are the foundation of every successful project.
Joe has been proud to grow alongside Tatco Construction and play an integral role in the company’s continued success. His construction knowledge, collaborative leadership style, and ability to bring people together help keep projects moving forward while maintaining a strong focus on quality, schedule, and client satisfaction. Whether navigating complex challenges or coordinating teams toward a common goal, Joe is committed to creating value for clients from preconstruction through project completion.
A lifelong competitor, Joe’s background in baseball and years of coaching have shaped his leadership approach. The discipline, teamwork, and competitive drive developed through athletics continue to influence the way he approaches each project—with preparation, determination, and a commitment to helping his clients and project teams succeed.
Outside of work, Joe enjoys spending time with his wife, Rachel, and their three boys, Lyle, Kolbe, and Luke. His faith, family, and passion for mentoring others continue to inspire the way he leads both personally and professionally.
