From Dirt Work to Move-In Day! 🏡

Our inaugural 2026 COHBA Sales & Marketing Council New Construction Bus Tour gave Realtors and industry professionals a behind-the-scenes look at the homebuilding process—from development and framing to design selections and the final walkthrough.

Attendees toured projects by Integrity Fine Homes, Crabtree Homes, Hoffman Homes, and McCaleb Homes, hearing directly from builders about the timelines, challenges, craftsmanship, and coordination that go into every new home. Realtors also earned 3 elective CE credit hours along the way!

A special thank you to our participating builders and event sponsor, Flat Branch Home Loans, for making this educational experience possible.

There’s so much that happens before move-in day—and this tour gave attendees a firsthand look at what it takes to bring a home from concept to completion. 🏠✨

What a night! COHBA’s Annual Casino Night was a huge hit, with 120 guests and industry partners coming out for an evening full of laughs, networking, and casino-style fun.
