A Message from Suitable Tile

As a small, family-owned and veteran-operated business, we pride ourselves on our integrity and commitment to our clients. Recently, we've encountered challenges with payment for a significant job, and unfortunately, we've been asked to sign agreements that compromise our values.

Just as you expect honest and completed work from us, we expect the same in return. Our policy of charging 30% upfront helps protect our work and ensure fairness for everyone involved. Sadly, some contractors have not honored their commitments, leaving us in a difficult position.

While we may lose contacts, homeowners, or contractors due to this, we cannot allow any disrespect for our business or let anyone take advantage of us. We provide clear communication and expect the same from those we work with.

While we are prepared to file liens if necessary, our preference is always to resolve matters amicably and professionally. We believe in doing things the right way and value the relationships we build with our clients.

Finally got my truck back today, and it’s officially 100% ready for the 2026 chase season.

This year marks my 34th year chasing wild weather from tornadoes and blizzards to wildfires and floods. The season is already ramping up, and I’ll be out over the next few days covering wildfires and dust storms across the state.

We would like to take a moment to thank each and every one of you who has used our services and recommended us. We are a small, local, family-owned and veteran-owned business.

When you support our business, you are not only helping a small local company—you are supporting a military spouse, a military service member, and our children. More than that, you are helping us make a difference in our community.

Because of your support, we were able to hand out 79 burritos on Thanksgiving 2025 and 100 more on Christmas Day to members of our homeless community.
