What a beautiful tree, But it was split down the middle do to ice damage from the ice storm 2 weeks ago. It was a safety hazard to others and the houses well.

There's already discussion about taking out the stump and replanting this tree with another tree next year. I hope I am a part of that process as well to put back something that was taken. 🙂

A little project (retaining wall) I worked on last weekend (June 6th &7th) I love projects like this become there big enough to test my skills but not so big that I need help and they do not consume to much of my time.🙂 Just 2 days (14 man -hour of work)

I drilled through the first layer and put rebar in to increase the its strength again shifting. On the other levels i used Landscape Construction Adhesive Pl 500. Some may say "Thats over kill". But I would say I want my work to last for a VERY LONG TIME!

This past weekend we were asked to cut down this tree to not only allow more light in the back yard but to decrease the likelihood of damage to their back yard concrete pad. This particular tree pose a couple different challenges such as not damaging the fence and keeping the debris and limbs out of neighboring yards. This was achieved by carefully tying off each and every tree limb that had to be cut and with awesome teamwork.

Safety has always been Paramount for me. Often while working outdoors I'm around large equipment or around traffic whether by roadsides or in high traffic areas.
That's why early on when the company was getting started I knew that I wanted my company colors to be black and yellow. It's really more of a safety yellow. But it works.
I knew I wanted to be seen by potential customers, I wanted to be seen by my customers, and I wanted to be seen by large equipment and or vehicles.
The company colors have proven time and time again that a little bit of prevention, thought and safe working habits go a long ways.

A project that was started on the rainy Tuesday. But unfortunately we got rained out completely and had to pick it up on Wednesday.
( job consisted of clearing out overgrowth, cutting small and medium-sized sapling trees.Tree trimming and Currently working on clearing the ground of the Ivy and getting it down to the dirt. )
* It's currently a to be continued job. But it's coming along nicely @ Cove - East Side - Shippan, Stamford, Connecticut
