We have been absolutely swamped serving our customers and focusing on our great service, we forget to post on here! These last 2 jobs we're highlighting the importance of ventilation. On these 100 year old houses, you have to use innovative products to achieve a balanced ventilation system! Most roofers don't think this through.

Took advantage of the winter mix yesterday and knocked out 4 permits and license at OKC Planning! About to build my first garage and remodel the biggest house to date, 2832 sq ft with new floor plan and added bath. It took a LOT of time planning, measuring, moving windows, stairs(not easy to bring up to code), reviewing details of IRC code and most importantly deciding what will be most desirable to the buyers. Defining who they are and how they will use the space is critical to a perfect home. Now....nothing to it but to do it!

New front and back porches totally chang the curb appeal, and allow the owners to open their door without getting soaked in the rain! I was lucky enough to help my clients not only get the siding they called me for, but a brand new roof, brought up to code, on insurances dime! Not to mention 3 new porches, insulation, gutters, concrete repour and other improvements! "One call, can do it all!"

Time for another miracle! You could say the house was a bit neglected. The ridge dropped 8". I always find myself working on the worst properties in the metro. I take pride in being a part in saving houses from demolition. Remember, the 69-year-old veteran is living off about $700 a month and, due to unforeseen plumbing repairs, fell way behind on his utility bills.
