Many other states made mistakes, but we’ve learned from them.

Here’s how SQ 837 is difterent:
1. No Separate Business Licenses
Other states created separate licenses so for recreational and medical ma*****na. SQ 837 dosn’t avoids disruption and confusion, ensuring sales can begin in just 60 days.

2. No Separate Inventory
All current and future inventory will be available to both patients and adults. No additional hoops or disruptions to the supply chain.

3. A Unified Program
SQ 837 builds on the existing framework, unlike SQ 820 in 2023, which would’ve created unnecessary duplication.

Other states struggles when businesses had to “pick a market.” SQ 837 ensures this won’t happen in Oklahoma.

Who wrote SQ 837? This law was created by the same collective that introduced SQ 788, it’s by the pople of Oklahoma, for the people of Oklahoma.

Unlike the past, we aren’t starting from scratch!We’re refining the program. After 8 years of collaboration with lawmakers and agencies, it’s time for a cleanup.
