Steve was able to fix our neighbors AC window unit. The storms also fried it. Steve found out the problem ordered the parts and got it put together with his handy dandy solder and it works perfect now. Saved the home owners quite a bit of money, because the parts only cost him .21. Thankful Steve knew how to get it fixed. The home owner didn't know how to fix it and it would have cost him anywhere from 130.00-200.00 to get a new unit. They were kind enough to pay Steve for his time. It was a nice little blessing. Huge savings for them. Good for them! :D

Sometimes you don't know what is wrong with your appliance. During the May tornadoes in our area, our power went out several times. One resulted in OGE not checking the voltage into the houses when replacing the fuse and transformer and frying our AC. Steve was able to go into the attic and find out the problem. He did some research for parts and after it was all said and done it cost us about 20 bucks total.Thankful it was done the day before the bad heat started!! Thankful for a handyman/husband that saves us tons of money a year. Being an electrical engineer/technician pays off!

Before we had children which seems like eons ago, Steve had to rip up our old hardwood floor. What a job that was, but I can say after it was done(real hard wood, not laminate) after 10 years our living room floor is still beautiful. Believe me it has seen its days,but still beautiful!

I(Kenia) will be posting some pictures of Steve's work. Here a few things that he has already done:

built an entry way table/island
hardwood flooring
laminate flooring

perculator fixed
He has a job set up for the middle of July.
Rebuilt our kitchen put in cabinets etc.
built oversized work bench.

I will list the things and projects that he is working on right now. Prices vary on the woodwork, but appliances and trouble shooting are on donation basis. Give what you can.
