Jim spent the day meeting with NRMCA staff and Board of Directors Officers – Scott Brewer, NRMCA Chair; Henry Batten, NRMCA Vice Chair and Charles Rohde, NRMCA Secretary/Treasurer.

We were honored to sponsor the Autism Oklahoma PieceWalk, an event dedicated to supporting individuals and families affected by autism across our state.

Our Executive Director of Human Resources, Toni Ashley, played an active role in fundraising efforts. For Toni, the cause is personal—her nephew Mason inspired a team that participated in the walk, making the day even more meaningful.

June is National Safety Month, and at Dolese, safety isn't just a focus for one month, it's a commitment we make every day.

From our quarries and plants to our jobsites and offices, safety is at the core of everything we do. This month, we're recognizing the importance of staying vigilant, looking out for one another, and continually finding ways to improve how we work safely.

As temperatures rise, we're also reminding our team to stay hydrated, take breaks when needed, and be aware of the signs of heat-related illness. Small actions can make a big difference.

Thank you to our employees for making Safety Always more than a slogan—it's a shared responsibility and a key part of our culture.

Last week, we welcomed another group of frontline employees to our Q2 Mine to Mission experience.

Mine to Mission is designed to help employees connect the work they do each day to the bigger picture — from the quarry to the communities we serve. Throughout the day, participants explored how our materials move through the process and support projects across Oklahoma and North Texas.

Based on feedback from previous sessions, this quarter’s group spent additional time in the field and labs to get a closer look at our products in action. The team toured the lab, learned more about quality control processes, viewed a specialty concrete mix being produced for a project, and watched a concrete cylinder pressure test firsthand.

Thank you to everyone who helped lead, host, and participate in another successful Mine to Mission session.
