Big structural fix underway in New Hampshire! The 2nd floor was sinking due to failing floor trusses, never something you want to ignore.

We’re removing the 1st floor ceiling, pulling up flooring and lightweight concrete on the 2nd floor, repairing 10 damaged trusses, and rebuilding it the right way. It’s a full tear-out and restore, but that’s what it takes to make it safe and solid again. Stay tuned for the transformation!
