🏠 ASK ELLIOTT: What happens if unexpected damage is discovered during my roof replacement?

Sometimes, what’s hiding beneath your shingles doesn't reveal itself until the old roof comes off!

Things like deteriorated decking, water damage, or other underlying issues aren't always visible during the initial inspection. And while nobody loves an unexpected discovery, addressing these issues properly is an important part of protecting your home.

So, what happens next?

At Elliott Roofing, communication is key! If our crew uncovers an issue, we'll document what we've discovered, explain what needs attention, and walk you through the recommended solution, including any potential impact on cost or scheduling, before moving forward with additional work.

Because replacing your roof isn't just about what you can see from the street. It's about making sure what's underneath is right, too. ❤️

❤️ ADMIN TEAM SPOTLIGHT | Meet Hollie!

Some people just have a way of making the world a little sweeter, and our Hollie is absolutely one of those people! ❤️

Hollie is one of the kindest, most genuinely lovely people you could ever hope to meet. She has such a sweet spirit, a heart for others, and a way of making the people around her feel welcomed and appreciated. She’s the kind of person you feel lucky to cross paths with, and we get the pleasure of having her on our team!

As our Accounting Support Administrator, Hollie helps keep the financial side of Elliott Roofing running smoothly. From managing records and reconciliations to working with customers and vendors, she handles some pretty important details! And here’s a fun little twist: Hollie actually loves investigating discrepancies and solving problems. Give this girl a financial mystery, and she’s happy to get to the bottom of it! 🧩

Originally from Mississippi, Hollie and her husband made Oklahoma their new home in October 2025. They’re enjoying exploring OKC and making new friends! When she’s not at work, Hollie loves spending time with her husband, friends, and fur babies, enjoying the outdoors, and cheering on her favorite football teams. 🏈

Hollie describes herself as honest, reliable, and trustworthy, and we couldn’t agree more. But we’d like to add one more word to that list: SWEETHEART! ❤️

Hollie, we hope you know what a gift you are to this team. Your kindness, your character, and the care you put into everything you do never go unnoticed. We’re so thankful that life brought you from Mississippi to Oklahoma and right into our Elliott Roofing family!

🏠 ASK ELLIOTT: How will you protect my home and landscaping during a roof replacement?

A new roof is exciting, but we know your home is so much more than just the roof over your head! ❤️

Before the first shingle comes off, our crews take time to assess the property and determine the best ways to protect landscaping, siding, windows, and other vulnerable areas. Every home is different, so our approach is thoughtfully tailored to the property and the work being performed.

Sometimes that means deploying The Catch-All, a specialized system designed to help catch and direct falling roofing debris. Other times, it means using strategically placed tarps, protective coverings, and other precautions to help safeguard the surrounding property.

And sometimes, it's the little details that say the most. 🇺🇸

Take a closer look at this photo! Our crew intentionally lowered a section of The Catch-All netting to accommodate the homeowner's American flag and give Old Glory the respect she deserves.

From thoughtful preparation to thorough cleanup, we believe respecting your home is just as important as the work we're doing on your roof.

❤️ ADMIN SPOTLIGHT | Meet Janet!

We’re kicking off our Admin Team Spotlight series with someone who brings a whole lot of heart to Elliott Roofing—our wonderful Janet!

As our Sales Support Administrator, Janet helps keep our sales team organized, calendars coordinated, and projects moving in the right direction. But ask her what she loves most about her job, and she’ll tell you it’s the people! Whether she’s visiting with a customer, vendor, coworker, or someone stopping by the office, Janet genuinely enjoys hearing their stories and making meaningful connections. (And she’s pretty fond of Cookie Friday, too! 🍪)

Behind that polished phone voice is a thoughtful, incredibly kind person with a delightfully dry sense of humor! Outside the office, you’ll find Janet enjoying a good mystery novel, gardening, mowing the lawn (yes, voluntarily!), or getting creative with resin crafts. And there’s almost always a cup of coffee involved. ☕

And here’s a fun fact you might not expect: Janet once sold Girl Scout Cookies inside NORAD! How many people can say that?!

What we appreciate most about Janet is her sincerity. She approaches her work with care, takes pride in doing things well, and treats people with a kindness that never feels forced. She’s dependable, genuine, and such a valued part of our Elliott Roofing family.

We’re awfully glad you’re one of ours, Janet! ❤️

🏠 **ASK ELLIOTT: How long does a roof replacement actually take?**

Good news! For many homes, a roof replacement can be completed in just **one day!** Occasionally, a project may take two days, depending on the home and the work involved.

Of course, every roof is a little different. The size of your home, the complexity of your roof, weather conditions, and any unexpected repairs can all affect the timeline.

At Elliott Roofing, we believe you should know what to expect before the first shingle comes off. We'll walk you through the process, discuss the anticipated schedule, and keep you informed along the way.

Because a new roof is a big project—but it shouldn't leave you guessing about what comes next! ❤️

A little behind-the-scenes from today’s Elliott Roofing Leadership Summit! ❤️

Casting vision, setting priorities, and turning big ideas into meaningful goals for the year ahead. A healthy dose of pressure, plenty of honest conversation, and, of course, lots of laughter along the way!

This group has been working side by side for years. We’ve found our rhythm, learned how to challenge one another, and genuinely enjoy doing this work together.

Today was one of those days that reminds us just how special that is. Lots of good things ahead, and we’re excited about where we’re going!
