State Farm has been ordered to release documents in a lawsuit accusing the insurance giant of underpaying hail claims.

Attorneys said State Farm has repeatedly withheld court-ordered discovery tied to its internal underwriting and claims practices.

The judge had ordered the documents released months ago, but State Farm instead filed a series of motions that delayed the case.

This project is special to us.

The insurance company initially denied this claim back in 2023, leaving the homeowner at a dead end after dealing with roof damage for over a year. They were originally offered a repair amount that didn’t even exceed the deductible.

We stepped in and went to work, coordinating with the homeowner, the insurance company, and engineers, refusing to let clear, documented damage be overlooked. After staying persistent and doing things the right way, the claim is now fully approved for over $26,000 in repairs.

This was never just about getting a job. It was about morals, ethics, and standing up for what’s right. When the damage is black and white, we don’t walk away until the finish line is crossed.
