A couple of requirements for it to be a “conforming” bedroom is a closet and an egress window.

Today, in prep for another basement finish, we had the opportunity to partner with KC Egress solutions, adding an egress window, with a window well, ladder and cover! They did a great job! Thanks to Nate and his crew!
