Garrison Plumbing is looking for experienced plumbers to add to our Commercial Plumbing Team.
Our commercial Plumbing Team specializes in multifamily apartments, senior living facilities, shell buildings, and tenant finishes.
Responsibilities for Commercial/Multifamily Plumber:
• Assist ground crews, layout specialists, and subcontractor crews in the excavation, layout, and plumbing of underground systems.
• Assist in the assembly and installation of rough-in plumbing.
• Assist in quality control through documenting, testing, and repairing.
• Communicate effectively with Foreman and Project Managers.
• Execute direction from Foreman and Project Managers.
• Maintain current knowledge of municipality codes affecting plumbing work.
Job Requirements:
• Identify and work with basic trade materials and tools.
• Ability to perform basic math and measurements in the field.
• Ability to read plans, interpret, and plumb per plans/local codes. (Preferred)
• Strong work ethic, and desire to learn.
• Ability to work as a team and as an individual where required.
• Comply with OSHA standards, jobsite safety policies, and Garrison Plumbing policies.
• Maintain a clean work environment to jobsite and Garrison requirements.
• Maintain current knowledge of municipality codes affecting plumbing work.
Physical Requirements and Work Environment:
• Meet the physical demands required to perform job duties
• Must have reliable transportation
