First, a huge thank you to Raj and family for extending their trust to us here at A&AC.
Secondly, a huge thank you for the crew that was on this project. A true demonstration of grit. Between multiple triple digit degree days, and the intricacies of this project; I couldn’t be happier with the crew.

This project was designed to feel natural, layered, and inviting from every angle. We created a winding decorative-stone walkway, a custom bridge crossing, a dry creek-style drainage feature, and carefully arranged planting beds filled with ornamental trees, shrubs, and seasonal color.

The finished landscape combines function, drainage, accessibility, texture, and year-round visual interest—without relying on traditional lawn space. Every plant, stone, curve, and elevation change was positioned to make the property feel established, balanced, and completely unique.

NOW HIRING — LANDSCAPE & HARDSCAPE CREW MEMBERS

A&AC Landscaping LLC is looking to add dependable, motivated people to our growing team.

We are currently hiring:
Experienced landscape and hardscape installers
General laborers
Entry-level laborers — training provided
Experience with pavers, retaining walls, concrete, drainage, grading, planting, masonry, and general site work is a strong plus, but we are also willing to train the right person who is reliable and ready to learn.

What we are looking for:
Reliable and on time
Strong work ethic
Comfortable working outdoors and performing physical labor
Able to follow directions and work as part of a crew
Takes pride in quality workmanship and keeping jobsites clean
Driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
Pay is based on experience, skill level, and demonstrated ability. There is room to grow for employees who are dependable, productive, and interested in learning the trade.

The crew did a great job wrapping up this facelift. We added about 400SQF of pavers, and about 120LNF of retaining wall, as well as a new landing platform to replace a deteriorating landing. This allowing for additional parking, as well as adding some curb appeal and contrast.
