In the aftermath of the tropical storm that rocked us all in WNC, leaving everyone in its path feeling a substantial loss in one way or another. Unfortunately, Rhino Landscapes is no different and has incurred a substantial loss of our own. Our workspace, shop, vehicles, trailers, equipment, materials, tools and everything in between was washed away by rushing flood waters. John Houston our foreman, lost his personal workspace which was located right alongside us. Chris Francis is with his family at this time, as is Jeff Glenn, is anxiously wanting to return to work. We are so happy to report that our amazing team and their families are unharmed (thank goodness). We have decided with our current situation that our crew should take this time to focus on their families, and taking care of their situations, until we are able to provide services again and now, at this time we only have one operable truck that remains usable. Ryan and I (Kelilyn) are focusing on helping our community around us, any way we can to those in need.
To those needing our typical services we are eager to assist you as you have been reaching out to us over this past week with pressing property issues, though our lack of the necessary trucks, trailers, and equipment is a hindrance. We have only recently regained cell service, which is the reason for this delayed communication. We eagerly anticipate the opportunity to continue serving all of you in the future as we had in the past, and thank you for your understanding while we navigate the unknown with all of you.
Please reach out if you are in need of supplies and are unable to get them yourself, we will be happy to do our best to help every one possible each day
