Time to do an update! We've been BUSY! 2 of 5 New Builds are complete ~ # 3 is almost complete. Guilford and Lyme builds are nearing completion, Guilford house remodel is coming to an end, Bethany and Woodbridge builds are getting started! We are lucky to work with such great clients and have the BEST sub-contractors! Hope your summer has been GREAT!

The cozy cottage is complete!! The NoSto "in-law" addition is tiny & filled with light and so cozy! Full sized shower, kitchen appliances and closets. I am honestly in love with the view and the amount of natural light this gets, so pretty in my opinion!! I had a great visit with B and Mom, looking forward to seeing them again. I will update you as she settles in.

North Stonington Update - Our "in-law" addition is coming along. SO much is happening on this project right now. Landscaper is fine tuning the back yard, Plumbing is done, a few small tweaks and we are close to wrapping things up on this one. This Galley style kitchen has so much style, gorgeous Quartz counter tops, pendant style lighting & I love the countertop area for eating while looking out the windows!

CHECK this out: Former 2 car garage with tiny studio area - totally TRANSFORMED! New Roof with 3 skylights, removed garage door, added new windows and French door. Removed small door on right side and added Sliding glass door with new windows. New counter and sink area, custom storage, upstairs loft with ladder access.
