Transformation complete.

What started as a rough lot with a 14x60 slab and 10 huge oaks in the way is now a clean, functional 28x70 slab that is built to last.

From site prep & excavation to a retaining wall with drainage, concrete, final grading, and hydroseeding - every phase was completed with long-term performance in mind.

Some days you spend so much time focused on the next task that you forget to look at how far you've come.

Looking at these photos, it's hard to believe this is the same area we started on. Every tree/stump, every bucket of material, every block, every grade stake and adjustment adds up.

There's still plenty of work ahead, but seeing this wall come together and the site start taking shape makes all the long days worth it.

Final steps on this project: prep slab extension for a duplex & hydroseed.

Thankful for the opportunity to help build something that will serve families in our community for years to come!

Congratulations to both teams for earning a spot in the Old Town Little League Minors Championship! ⚾🏆

We're proud of all the players, coaches, and families for their hard work and dedication throughout the season this year!

Best of luck to both teams this Sunday — have fun and play hard!

The Minor's Championship teams are set and locked in for the final game this Sunday at 3pm @ KC Field.

As always, be please respectful to coaches, umpires and all volunteers.

We ask again not to park near Milligan's Landing building please and thank you.

Experience in the following is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidates:

• Track Loader and/or Excavator Operation
• Site Work
• Concrete Work & Finishing
• General Construction Labor
Part-time positions available.

Starting pay at $18/hr.
Pay is based on experience, reliability, productivity, and willingness to learn.

We're looking for people who bring a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a desire to grow with the company.
