Got an AC not cooling call yesterday. New customer. After showing up I learn that he has one of those service agreements with one of those other companies where they service his equipment twice a year and promise to make him a priority customer. Well when he called yesterday he got a message saying they were closed until Tuesday. Sometimes you don’t get what you pay for.

The truth is that my help is so awesome that I’ve gotten fat and lazy. I rarely work hard any more. But today I worked hard in this heat and I feel like a million bucks. I still had to have two of my apprentices help on one job each but dang it was a good day. I can’t believe that I actually love a job that can be this hard.
