We're in the early stages of designing a new minor lot residential subdivision, and community feedback is important to us!

Every new subdivision requires community mailboxes, but there's a question that keeps coming up: Who should be responsible for maintaining the surrounding land and common area?

We know many buyers prefer no HOA, but maintenance (like landscaping, drive, etc.) still has to fall on someone.
