Snowy weather is on the horizon. Make sure any outside faucets are covered. Leave a steady stream of BOTH hot & cold water, at least for all plumbing on exterior walls. Open cabinets to that plumbing too. And if for any reason, the need to shut off your water is required, familiarize yourself on where the main water shut off is located and how to turn it off now. That includes promising work for work, work for barter, or discounted rates for promise of future work. We understand times are hard. As a small business, we feel it too. Our company, and more importantly our family, has had to eat the bad end of these deals more in the last few months than in our entire business history. We will not continue these practices. All work provided by our company will be under a signed contract, or payment will be due the day of completion. We apologize if this seems unfair, but we have to look out for our business and our family.
