A local pet food manufacturer
The concrete was pitted and deteriorating and areas.
The feed was embedded in the concrete from years of forklift, driving it was not easy to clean
We started the process by grinding the concrete with 30 grit metals then 70s grit.
A grout coat with Tx 3 from HTS was applied
That filled and sealed in the pores and holes in the concrete.
And then continued the polishing process.

No job too small or too big

This is 100 ft.² office area at a car wash.
We use the Ameripolish smart floor system with SR 2

Local restaurant had a 48 hour shut down and needed their floors redone.
It was a lot of work and a short period of time, but we were up for the task

 First we had to do a deep, clean and decrease the floors and the covebase
We did durable, chemical-resistant, and non-porous kitchen floor system, apply a high-performance topcoat over the cementitious urethane mortar mortar.

We don’t normally do residential, but the homeowner was insistent on her Garage refresh.
T.C.S sanded the Floor down reapply to Epoxy broadcast with decorative quartz to rejection.
And then a grout coat of epoxy with a top coat of chemical resistant urethane.

A recent project the guys just got off of in Georgia.
This is the foyer of a church edition in Georgia
Customer only wanted a 400 grit mat finish with salt and pepper or greater aggregate exposure.
This project was easy to achieve and exceed the customers expectations.

The guys are burning the midnight oil
Mario is working on removal of tile and grout to prepare the floor for a polished concrete.
Sergio is hand grinding the edges with 100 grit wet.

Floors at this church are multi used as sanctuary/fellowship hall have been cleaned and brought back to life with Ameripolish smart floor, system, and sealed with SR 2+
The guys are now helping set up for midweek service
