Position Summary
As a Lawn Care Crew Member, you will work with a small team (1-2 crew members and crew lead) and ensure that daily lawn maintenance routes are completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards.
Key Responsibilities
Perform lawn maintenance tasks including mowing, edging, trimming, blowing, and seasonal services
Operate and maintain commercial lawn equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.)
Maintain clean and organized work trucks, trailers, and tools
Qualifications & Skills
Ability to operate commercial lawn care equipment safely
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift 50+ lbs
Ability to walk, stand, bend, and perform physical tasks for extended periods
Comfortable working in heat, cold, or outdoor environments
