Moore’s Mowing Service is working hard today. This is the first mow of the year. For my current customers, please bear with us as we decide when the best time would be to mow your lawn. The rain has made most lawns very soft but we should be able to get your lawns mowed by the end of next week, weather permitting! Yesterday was going to be the kickoff but the rain didn’t allow that to happen. We want to ensure your lawns look nice when we finish, not filled with ruts! See you soon!! Good morning! I haven’t posted in awhile. I’ve been asked several times to rake leaves. Although I appreciate the business, I don’t rake leaves because of the amount of labor time it takes. However, I do mulch them. Mulching leaves improves the health of your lawn; It is more beneficial to your grass. Mulched leaves are decomposed by earthworms and microorganisms and turned into plant-usable organic matter. Not only that, but it is much cheaper to mulch than rake!

DO NOT resort to this! You don’t have to kill your grass! Quality edging is more affordable than you think. Let the blades that I have go to work for you.
