We are a local family owned construction company located in Olympia, WA seeks a Dump Truck Driver with a CLEAN valid Commercial Driver's License - Class A with Air Brakes, and preferably have Tanker Endorsement & Hazmat License to operate our L**e Truck on occasion. Must have at minimum 1 year of experience in construction, have experience pulling heavy equipment, pups, mechanical knowledge and be familiar with a variety of heavy equipment. This position will work on various job sites. The right candidate will be hardworking, honest, understand direction in a fast paced environment, and follow company protocol.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
-Driving dump truck and trailer and/or pup
-Driving l**e truck to various jobsites fueling & oiling trucks & equipment
-Field labor work
Skills experience and other requirements:
-Possesses a valid CDL Class A with Air Brakes
-Tanker & Hazmat Endorsement
-Background in Construction
- Earthwork/Underground Utilities
-Strong communication skills
-Ability to work cooperatively in a fast paced environment
-Motivated
-Ability to quickly learn new skills and assume new responsibilities
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
The majority of the work will be physical labor in the field. The individual will need to be able to work long hours in various weather conditions.
Wage: Negotiable based on Experience.
