Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Lawn Care Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various aspects of landscaping and groundskeeping, including mowing, tree care, hardscape, and snow plowing.

Responsibilities:
- Perform lawn care maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, and edging
- Provide tree care services including pruning and removal
- Assist with hardscape projects such as installing walkways and patios
- Participate in snow plowing activities during winter months
- Maintain irrigation systems and ensure proper watering of lawns and plants
- Contribute to landscape projects by planting, mulching, and fertilizing
- Perform groundskeeping duties to keep outdoor areas clean and attractive
- Assist in building and digging tasks as needed

Experience:
- Previous experience in lawn care, landscaping, or related field preferred
- Knowledge of groundskeeping practices and equipment operation
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for outdoor work
- Experience with irrigation systems is a plus
