While you navigate through the design/build process it’s easy to get lost in the shuffle and even worse, end up with a backyard you didn’t want. As designers, planners, consultants, problem solvers… we ensure we get to the right end-result, together. The end-result of your family enjoying a creative and functional space that blends well with the architecture of your home, that adds value to your property, and that provides a place for connecting with those you love. We achieve this through education, inspiration, decades of combined landscape design/build experience, and by implementing our specially crafted design process, bringing you the backyard of your dreams without regret at the end. Don’t leave your projects success to chance. Let us help you design the backyard of your dreams! WHAT MAKES YOU DIFFERENT? HOW MUCH WILL I INVEST TO WORK WITH YOUR FIRM? Our design process is crafted so that we do the right things at the right time. We are different than others by focusing on strategic design as opposed to implementing materials and features based on one contractors capability. With us, we pick the right materials and the right features that make the most sense for you and your property. Working with our design firm is based on hourly rates and varies by project. After our discovery call, we will provide a design proposal and timeline. Most of our clients invest approx. $1,000-$5,000 on their design project from start to finish. DO YOU OFFER INSTALLATION SERVICES? The simple answer is no. Regardless of your location in the United States, we do provide remote design, project management, and consulting services. On-site project management is available for a fee. WHEN SHOULD I BEGIN DESIGNING MY OUTDOOR LIVING SPACE? Depending on the seasonality of your location, we typically recommend planning your outdoor-living project 12-18 months in advance. If you have a hard deadline like a graduation party, we recommend to start planning at-least 18 months in advance. Planning ahead will ensure you have enough time to work through the design process and secure the products and services needed to ensure your project is a success. We often work with families who are in the “ideas stage” of their project and value the design process without a potential time-frame for installation. ARE YOU A LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT? Our highly talented team is a mix of college-educated, field-experienced, landscape designers, but we do not provide architecture or engineering services to which a license is required. Keep in mind, our service is intended for creative design, planning, and residential building purposes. DO YOU HAVE A PHYSICAL OFFICE LOCATION? All correspondence between you and our design team can be facilitated through virtual meetings. WHAT IS YOUR SERVICE AREA? We work with clients throughout the United States and provide design-only services. WILL MY DESIGN BE IN A PRINTED OR DIGITAL FORMAT? For remote clients, designs are delivered via digital download. Physical prints are available for an additional cost. Just be sure to let us know you prefer physical plans. HOW DO I GET STARTED WITH MY DESIGN PROJECT?
