Few Projects that have been completed over the past weeks! Been really busy haven’t kept up with daily post but sure do appreciate all of you for the shares recommendations, referrals and passing on my info to friends and others! This has been a good rollercoaster for the amount of time I’ve had left till winter came along! But that doesn’t mean I’m finished I’m still going and won’t stop thank you all for the opportunity to help out also any handyman stuff is also appreciated ”getting my hands dirty isn’t a problem” that’s what I call a fun sport staying active and busy and making sure me and my family are doing good and having something on our plate is my priority and responsibility!

Another Project on the list Finished!
Glad to be able to help out this family who has came from out of State!
Old concrete was uneven, separating. Water was getting into the basement, couple of uneven parts that could’ve cause an accident. Old gutter drain by trash bins was just a no go had to be replaced with newer flexible drain, back side of walkway we were able to get the drain under walkway to not disturb at all wheel barrels,riding mowers ect..
Raised up concrete by the side garage door for a smaller step while entering and walking out, small valley was made for more water slope down along the shed and house barely noticeable. Instead of spending a bit more on a drain ect.. and having clogs on drain with leaves and debris went better to get a valley going. additional inches were added on that old walkway of 2ft 6inchs to 3ft 5inches, made a bigger bad for trans bins to be placed as well.
Satisfied how it came out both me and owners

Unfinished patio project from one of our clients John, not tagging for privacy purposes!
Previous guy had a couple issues but happens to all of us no shame at all!
Pulled through leveled and straightened out forms, better slope almost looking 0% flat, but enough % to have that water flowing down.
Additional step formed for safety purposes and due to code inspections!
Really glad we were able to help out on this beautiful patio of 16x24 with an additional 2x4 grille pad for them nice steaks and burgers!
Sod wasnt on big plan but as ive mentioned i like to leave projects or services looking at its best! Better than just stripping them forms off with no type of grade!
