A successful roofing project is about more than installing a new system—it's about being there when it matters most.

This 60,000-square-foot roof replacement was carefully planned and designed alongside the building owner to deliver a long-lasting solution that fit both their needs and budget. During the bidding process, the property sustained significant wind damage that tore off an entire section of the existing roof. Our team responded immediately with emergency services to protect the building, then worked closely with the owner throughout the insurance claims process to ensure the storm-damaged area was properly covered.

The result is a beautiful new roofing system backed by a 20-year manufacturer's warranty, giving the owner confidence that their investment is protected for years to come.

We're excited to recognize Chris K. on his recent promotion to Foreman!

Chris has been a valued member of the Independent Roofing Company team for many years, and after a little convincing, he finally accepted the challenge of stepping into a leadership role. Those who have worked with Chris know that his attention to detail is second to none—many would say he's one of the best roof detailers Omaha has ever seen.

His craftsmanship, work ethic, and commitment to doing things the right way have made him an incredible asset to our team and our customers. We're proud to see him take the next step in his career and know he'll bring the same level of excellence to leading a crew.

National Roofing Contractors Association

Some of our favorite projects are the ones that challenge us the most.

Years of COVID-related logistics delayed this hospital reroof, and once work began, the challenges kept coming—weekend crane picks, saturated roofing, and constantly changing field conditions. Through it all, our team safely delivered the project while protecting employees, patients, staff, and the public.

That’s the kind of work we love.
