A healthy lawn is a water efficient lawn!

If you're noticing cracking in your yard, or excessive runoff when you water, you should aerate and over-seed this fall!
Aeration relieves compaction and loosens the soil, allowing water and nutrients to circulate at the root of the grass. Over-seeding brings new life to your lawn - literally! - which produces a healthier and heartier plant.

We use a combination of blue grass & dwarf fescue that works in sun or shade & is resistant to drought and disease.

We are also offering Milorganite treatments at this time. Milorganite is an organic, iron-rich fertilizer that helps increase the moisture retention of the lawn. Plus, the metal & pathogen levels are below the EPA limits for safety.

Here’s a fun “fix” found on a commercial job: a length of transmission cooler hose was used to couple a broken drip line. We love the ingenuity, but unfortunately this fix didn’t work.

You should know how to turn the system off, both at the water source and the controller, to prevent wasting water when it rains or if a leak develops. OR, get a water-efficient rain sensor or WiFi controller installed and the system will turn itself off for you!
