On this home ,we had to lift the corner back up to its original position. The corner had dropped 3 inches. The other corner had to be lifted 1 inch. We installed beams and piers to support and lift the house. Nice view from this location.

Here we replaced the rotten I joist with LVL joist and lifted the house back up to its original position. The LVL joist are the exact same height dimensions as the I joist were when new, so everything goes back where it belongs.
