Tanner spent the summer with Justin's crew on the streetcar project and is studying Real Estate Development & Community Planning.

His advice, “Keep an open mind. No two days are the same, and that’s what I loved about it.”

Teach ‘em young. With construction on their street, these kiddos got an unforgettable up-close look at the jobsite. A big thanks to Rocky for helping make their day and giving them a chance to operate the excavator. They'll surely be talking about this for a long time!

Our structure crew has been busy building a storm sewer inlet cage that will help reinforce the base that receives water and feeds into the sewer pipe. 💧It’s all part of the work that keeps things flowing.

Christopher, who will be studying Electrical Engineering with a minor in Construction Management, spent the summer on Alex and Jorge’s water projects, giving him the opportunity to learn from multiple crews and tackle new challenges along the way.

His advice, “The work can be hard, but stay with it. It’s rewarding when you see the progress your crew makes.”
