Over the past few weeks, we’ve been grateful for a couple of opportunities to support the Marshalltown Community School District and the broader community.

We celebrated the grand opening of Franklin Field with a ribbon-cutting ceremony, marking the completion of new turf, a six-lane track, a concession and restroom building, and 500-seat bleachers. With the first events now underway, we’re excited to see students, families, and the community enjoy the transformed facility.

Our Omaha and Urbandale offices also collected school supplies to help Marshalltown students and families start the school year with the resources they need.

From building spaces that bring people together to finding other ways to support the communities we serve, we’re grateful to be part of what’s happening in Marshalltown.

We recently celebrated the completion of Creighton University's Magis Hall sophomore housing!

Students, faculty, staff, the project team, and community members gathered for a ribbon-cutting ceremony and tours of the new 400-bed residence hall. Featuring 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom, 3-bedroom, and 4-bedroom spaces, the building also includes community-centered amenities, including a kitchen, study and meeting areas, and additional support spaces.

We’re so excited for Creighton students to enjoy this new space as they head back to campus this fall!

Westside Community Schools - District 66 Hillside Elementary School - District 66 has been recognized with the 2026 ENR Midwest Award of Merit for Best K–12 Education Project!

Built on the former school’s active site, the new Hillside Elementary provides a future-ready learning environment that supports diverse learning styles and evolving educational needs. A highlight of the facility is its integrated OneWorld School-Based Health Center, expanding access to affordable healthcare for students, families, and the surrounding community.

Congratulations to the entire project team, and thank you to everyone who played a part in bringing Hillside to life!
