This photo was taken in 2021 — my grandpa R.J., me, and my dad, standing in front of a home we were building at the time.

R.J. started Arjay Builders in 1969 with his hands and his word. My dad carried it forward for decades. I've been part of this team since 2010, and in 2020 I became president — carrying forward everything they taught me.

This isn't just a construction company. It's three generations of a family that made the same promise, over and over again: we're going to do this right.

That standard isn't something we talk about. It's something we build into every project.
