Took this 1990s bath into 2026 with new mold resistant drywall, new walk in shower with seat, new subfloor with waterproof lvp, new vanity and storage, new bigger closet for water heater, new toilet, new trim and bath..

We can install vinyl, structural backed vinyl siding, metal, cedar, cottage lap TruWood, Lp SmartSiding, Hardie Fiber Cement siding, Board N Batten, Versetta Stone, other non-masonary stone accent siding, wood panels, shake style, etc. All according to manufacture install recommendation and continuous training/education.

Rotten fascia board plus the 2x8 framing board, soffit was rotting out, 2x6s inside the birdbox and rafters with minor rot, all due to water draining off roof behind gutter and no slope to gutter to drain. Also found that roofers didnt replace decking and found rotten/holes in it that they just placed shingles over. Will be replacing all fascia soon due to hail damage and sun damage to match new coil metal

This shows how important it is to research who works on your house. Improper installs and crappy/questionable workmanship hopefully found early enough to be fixed before causing more damage.
