2 different tiles. 3 bedrooms and the bathroom are the same tiles. So I went with headers in the doorways. When all doors are shut they all look the same. 882 sq ft. The particle board "sponge board" was a surprise so it had to go and I went with 5/8th osb glued and screwed over the 1/2" plywood, 16" OC 2x10 joist.

Just the floor guy on this job. But we did beef up the subfloor with 5/8th osb glued and screwed to the 1/2" plywood 16"OC 2x10 joists. Should be good to go but didn't know about the roof getting done 2 weeks into the project. Fun project.
