Progress is underway on another multifamily project our team has been working on! While it may not look like much just yet, The Granary in Ralston is taking shape.

Earlier this summer, construction officially broke ground with the demolition of a portion of the existing structure, making way for new parking, retaining walls, and structural work. We will continue sharing progress photos as construction moves forward. Stay tuned!

Project Completion! ✅ 👏

Osaka Steak House & Sushi on 180th & West Maple is officially open!

This incredible 7,000-square-foot build-out features a designated bar area, an open sushi station with dining seating, and 10 hibachi stations that deliver the classic interactive dining experience.

From custom millwork and natural stone countertops to LED accent lighting and bold wallcoverings, every detail was thoughtfully designed to create a warm, inviting atmosphere.

A special thank you to everyone who helped bring this project to life—especially our hardworking team. If you're in the West Omaha area, we encourage you to stop by, enjoy a great meal, and support this new local restaurant.

New Office. Same Mission.

We've officially settled into our new home, and we couldn't be more excited for this next chapter!

While our address may have changed, our mission remains the same: supporting Omaha Public Schools students, families, educators, and our community every step of the way.

We're excited to welcome visitors to our new office and look forward to continuing the work we love from our new space. Thank you for being part of our journey. We can't wait for all that's ahead!

Project Spotlight ✅ 🏢 : Northstar Financial Building(s) 1 & 2

Located in Legacy Business Park in West Omaha, the Northstar Financial Buildings were completed in two phases—Phase I in 2012 and Phase II in 2016. Together, the two build-to-suit office buildings total approximately 100,000 square feet and provide workspace for approximately 250 employees.

The campus includes an on-site fitness facility, a garden-level courtyard area, an on-site food hall/cafeteria, large and small-scale conference rooms, and a dedicated training center. The company now operates as Orion Advisor Solutions.
