Oldenhuis Contracting Inc is recognized for breathtaking additions, home renovations, kitchens, bathrooms, basements, and outdoor spaces. We are experienced at preserving architectural integrity, as well as modernizing existing spaces. We are a fully insured, state-registered contractor, hold have nationally recognized certifications - Certified Remodeler (CR) and Certified Kitchen and Bath Remode

ler (CKBR) - and have one of Omaha's two Certified Lead Carpenters (CLC) on staff. To achieve these designations, our staff attended outside classroom instruction and was required to pass stringent certification procedures. We are continually educating ourselves to maintain the achieved designations, and to stay current with evolving code requirements and current building trends.

Ready, set,go!🏎️ We are fortunate to have another historic home remodel project underway in the Field Club neighborhood. The updates on this stately midtown property will include a Carriage House remodel and addition, a 3-story addition to the home which includes a new kitchen, master bedroom, 2-car garage, deck and elevator! Our clients are as thrilled as we are, the new living spaces will serve them for years to come!

Nearing completion on our Dundee-Memorial Park addition and whole house remodel. Not one wall was left untouched in this showstopper. Eleven months in the making, and we are excited for the family to begin enjoying their gorgeous new space.

We recently completed another addition project in District 66. This wonderful client wanted a 2 story addition that added a greatroom & extended their kitchen on the mainfloor and an additional bedroom & bathroom on the ground level with a small side garage for the yard tools.
