USG Construction President Casey Munn and Business Development Manager Stacey McCune recently attended the 2026 Commercial Real Estate Summit, where they spent the day learning, sharing ideas, and connecting with professionals from across the region.

Events like the CRE Summit remind us how valuable strong relationships are in this industry. We’re grateful for the opportunity to reconnect with familiar faces, meet new people, and have meaningful conversations with so many talented professionals working to move commercial real estate forward.

Thank you to everyone who helped make this year’s summit such a welcoming and worthwhile experience. We look forward to continuing the conversations and growing these relationships in the months and years ahead.

👷 Employee Spotlight: Brian Argintean

This week, we're shining the spotlight on Brian Argintean, who has been part of the USG Construction team since March 2022!

Brian plays an important role in bringing our projects from plans to completion. In the field, he oversees day-to-day project progress, coordinates subcontractors, consultants, and vendors, and works closely with the project team to ensure each job is completed on schedule and according to plans, specifications, and local codes.

Before joining USG, Brian's career took him far beyond Nebraska. Originally from Valley, he joined the Marine Corps after graduating high school in 2005 and later worked overseas as a security contractor in Erbil, Iraq. In late 2021, an opportunity at USG brought him back to a new chapter closer to home.

Since joining our team, Brian has brought years of experience, leadership, accountability, and dedication to every project he's part of.

We're proud to have Brian on the USG team and grateful for everything he brings to the job each day. Thank you for all you do, Brian! 🇺🇸

✨ Flashback Friday ✨

Today we're looking back at one of our favorite projects — Alchemy Salon Studios.

This 6,000-square-foot buildout at 180th & Pacific blends modern design with thoughtful functionality. Floor-to-ceiling windows fill the space with natural light, while polished concrete flooring, upscale lighting, a premium breakroom, and a balcony overlooking the surrounding area create an elevated experience from every angle.

Every project represents a shared vision, countless hours of collaboration, and a commitment to getting the details right. Looking back at Alchemy Salon Studios reminds us how rewarding it is to help bring those ideas to life, and we're grateful to have been part of creating a space that will serve its community for years to come.

One of the best parts of our work is seeing a vision begin to take shape. 🌟

We're excited to give you a first look at Employee Navigator's 5,800-square-foot office buildout on the third floor of the UBT Building in Omaha.

Projects like this don't happen without great clients, strong partnerships, and a dedicated team. This one is especially rewarding, as it marks our sixth project within the UBT Building — a milestone that reflects the relationships we've built and the opportunity to continue delivering spaces where businesses can thrive.

Every project is a team effort, and we're thankful for the opportunity to help bring another great workspace to life.

Tomorrow, June 19, the USG office will be closed in observance of Juneteenth.

Juneteenth commemorates the end of slavery in the United States and serves as an opportunity to reflect on our nation's history while honoring the ongoing pursuit of freedom, equality, and opportunity for all.

Our offices will reopen on Monday, June 22, at 9:00 AM.

We wish everyone a meaningful Juneteenth.

We had a wonderful time participating in the Sunshine Kids Charity Golf Tournament this week.

Being able to support an organization that brings joy, hope, and unforgettable experiences to children facing cancer is truly an honor. Events like these remind us how powerful a community can be when people come together to support a meaningful cause.

Thank you to everyone who helped make the tournament such a success. We're grateful to have been part of the day and proud to support the incredible work of the Sunshine Kids Foundation.

We are excited to celebrate Colton Munn on earning his Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management with a minor in Business from Pittsburg State University.

This summer, Colton will be joining the USG Construction team in Omaha as a Project Superintendent and Estimator, and we're thrilled to welcome him aboard.
