Thank you to Spark CDI Community Loan Fund for supporting inCOMMON with construction financing for the next phase of the Poppleton development at 1313 Park Ave.

Together, Poppleton East and Poppleton West will bring more than 120 new affordable housing units to the Park Avenue neighborhood, along with a new childcare facility to support families and the area’s growing workforce.

This work has taken years of planning, partnership, and belief in what’s possible for the neighborhood. We’re excited to keep sharing the progress as Poppleton continues taking shape!
