Game changer! We are pleased to have completed another project for a repeat client in the Papillion area, having previously installed a large Rochester paver patio, walls, and sod. This time, we created a stunning flagstone pathway leading from the driveway to elegant stone stairs matching the color of the pavers. The pathway transitions from 3 steps to a spacious flagstone landing, 2 steps to another landing, and a final step to the pathway, complemented by vibrant 8-20” boulders. Past clients please let us know. No increase in pricing this season. Possible new clients please let us know if you’d like a free estimate. Will be starting lights in a couple weeks after our landscaping season ends. Most all of our lighting installations will be done before Thanksgiving. Phase 2 has been completed with the installation of a new Clifton Sienna wall. Our client is extremely satisfied with the result. Over 3 tons of drainage rock have been placed behind the wall, accompanied by a socked tile that connects to a vertical vent. The corner top caps have been precisely cut. G2 was used between the block and the driveway small gaps This prevents any weeds and keeps water out. We anticipate continuing our work at this location in the Spring. Fontenelle Forest - Phase 2: Approaching Completion. The front yard has been revitalized through the demolition of existing beds and the strategic installation of new landscaping elements. These elements consist of 3 boxwoods, 2 dwarf burning bushes, and 5 hostas. The project's scope also encompasses the incorporation of 3.5 tons of Indian Sunset rock, SRW fabric, amended soils, grading, fescue sod, and keota buff flagstone. Moreover, a newly constructed keota sawn top and bottom step facilitates effortless access to the spigot from the porch, further enhanced by the inclusion of drainage pop-ups. New client in the Blair area. Here, we removed the rotten tie walls and installed a 240-square-foot Clifton straight face Sienna terraced wall. We utilized 48-inch Watkins Belgard granika steps in Iron Bay, which complements the Sienna walls perfectly. Additionally, we incorporated several large granite boulders and five yards of coco brown mulch. The project also involved over 10 tons of compacted base and drainage rock. Notable project in Bellevue near Fontenelle Forest, comprising Phase 1 of a two-phase endeavor. The scope of work entailed the demolition of the entire backyard, installation of a 100-foot linear French drain, and construction of a 360-square-foot Santa Fe-colored Rochester paver patio. Additional features included Clifton Sienna retaining walls, 8 tons of Indian Sunset Rock, 16 yards of brown mulch, 8 tons of boulders, 3.5 tons of Keota Buff flagstone, and three Keota sawn top and bottom 4-foot steps. Landscaping elements consisted of numerous arborvitae, dwarf burning bushes, a hydrangea tree, butterfly bushes, SRW fabric, 1,000 staples, and 3,600 square feet of fescue sod. The project also involved regrading the entire backyard. Appreciation is extended to The Rock Place for providing exceptional materials and Rochester Concrete Products for their outstanding pavers.
