STORM DAMAGE RESPONSE

We are trying our best to answer downed overhead line calls from last nights storm.

Please be aware of the following:

If your meter and pipe going up the house are damaged it’s homeowner responsibility. OPPD is responsible for the overhead line coming from pole to your house.

In the event of a emergency repair they will temporarily connect power when they can get to you IF conditions with your meter and pipe are not too severe. They will then allow a period where an electrician can rebuild the service.

STAY AWAY from the downed line as in many instances the line is still live. Please message us if you have any questions or concerns and be safe as we work through the repairs after this storm.
