For 13 years now we have ran this company, quietly watching as deceptive practices have continued to spread through our industry. It's almost been like an unwritten rule that no one talks about it publicly. Well, it's time now. This is just the beginning. Watching these practices happen over the years has literally made me sick. It's time to educate the public about what is happening, what they are doing, how they are doing it and what to look out for.
Making an honest living is one thing, but to have entire companies training their staffs in sales tactics to prey on the distress of a consumer is wrong. It's not just in this industry but this is the industry I know. This is just the beginning, my intention is to progress from AI generated posts, to videos discussing the topics, to sit downs with the homeowners who fall prey to these behaviors. And I don't have to name names. The people who had it happen will take care of that for me. I'll just be reporting the news.
