Position: Construction Foreman skilled in residential construction.
Job Description: Framing, finish work, flooring, tiling, siding, windows, roofing etc.
Must be able to work alongside a crew doing everything from demolition all the way through to the final product and everything in between.
Able to follow detailed directions and stay on a timeline.
Ability to communicate and report effectively with supervisor and clients as needed.
Coordinate tasks according to priorities, plans and directions from the supervisor.
Allocate general and daily responsibilities
Ensure manpower and resources are adequate.
Resolve problems when they arise.
Aptitude in math, and good physical condition and stamina.
Job Type: Full Time
Pay: Depends on Experience
Schedule: Monday- Friday
Residential construction experience preferred.

Welcome back to the tour of the Osoyoos Lake cottage. Today we are moving back to the outside to see the changes that occurred during the warmer months. New windows, siding with board and batten gables over existing T&G seams, exterior paint, concrete walkways, roofing, gutters, hidden HVAC units and landscaping too. Hey did we loose you on that long post yesterday? It was quite winded, if you're back you're the real MVP. 😁 We're moving on to the inside of this charming home now to the downstairs main living areas. First the kitchen/dining, into the middle living area, the main living space and then the master bedroom. So much natural light to take in from these after photos! How about you, do you have a favorite part of this transformation? For me it's the main living room where the homeowner chose some lovely light hued furniture and added textures like the leather ottoman to bring warmth into the space, but really it's about the view from the couch......

It's been a minute since our last post. Got this grey account figured out finally, I hope. Remodeling continues to keep us busy and we are thankful to be working with some repeat clients on a couple of their new projects. We'd like to share what's been happening over the last year or so at their beautiful Osoyoos Lake cottage little by little this week and what we are currently working on for them right now to cap off the week! I love before and after's!
Let's start with this deck, it was scary and falling apart literally with every breeze, we had to start with a "little" rehab on the lake wall before making it all pretty. I love what they chose for their decking, Azek has some amazing collections to choose from. This low profile deck lets you see the gorgeous view unobstructed and that bar window will be a hot spot indeed as the summer heat hits and friends partake in some cooling beverages. What do you think of the transformation?
