We have attached a couple of before and after photos from a water damage job we completed for Bonnie Rawson. By far, one of the biggest jobs we've had in years. "My rental house was flooded this spring, both upstairs and basement received extreme water damage. I was informed of the flood at 7 p.m. one evening. I called Emergency Remediation Services and Chad Demmitt came down immediately. He proceeded to set up fans and air purification machines that evening. The following days were extremely busy with removal of flooring, subfloors, sheetrock, and damaged furniture. Chad was very diligent and attended to every detail with precision. After damage control he proceeded to repair all the walls, floors, etc. Chad dealt with State Farm’s adjuster Christina directly, who was also very helpful with all the insurance details. I only had to approve the repairs and Chad completed them. In conclusion, I was more than happy with Chad and ERS and State Farm.

"When we had to make the call for Chad’s services I was immediately impressed with his prompt response and determination to get things moving along quickly. He was very thorough in explaining each step and the lines of communication were always open which was incredibly helpful as questions continually came up on my end.
Unfortunately I had come home from work had extensive water damage from two separate problems that happened simultaneously. Part of the upstairs and the majority of my basement had standing water in it. My landlord called Chad and he was able to come assess the damage that night! He arrived around 9:00 p.m. and was there until after 11:00 p.m. setting up equipment and starting the process of getting things dried out. The next morning by 8:00 a.m. he had an entire crew there taking care of my belongings, meeting with the plumber and mapping out what the next several weeks were going to look like.
This was a job that took several weeks to get things put back together. There were a few Saturdays involved and that first weekend they even put some time in on Sunday. It was very clear from the beginning that getting the job done quickly and correctly was a priority, especially if it was an area that was going to affect our day to day lives as we lived there during the process. Chad and every single member of his crew were incredibly respectful, helpful, understanding and kind, which in such a stressful situation is appreciated beyond measure and speaks volumes to his, and his crew’s character.
Chad has an incredible eye for detail and thought of some really great upgrades for my house that have made my new living space really amazing. While I hope I don’t have to call him again for his services, I would highly recommend Chad and his crew for any remediation services in the future.
