Logan began his career in utility construction two years ago, drawn to the opportunities Underground Connections offered both locally and beyond the Eastern Shore. As an Equipment Operator & Laborer, he takes pride in his work and the role he plays in keeping projects moving forward.

One of Logan's most rewarding experiences has been working on the Chincoteague project in his hometown. He takes great pride in contributing to an important project that will serve the community he calls home for generations to come.

Since joining Underground Connections, Logan has strengthened his equipment operating skills and developed a greater understanding of leadership, teamwork, and responsibility. He credits the company's supportive leadership and family atmosphere for encouraging growth, maintaining high morale, and bringing crews together.

Logan believes listening, learning, and having the confidence to take on new challenges are essential to success in the industry. His personal motivation is rooted in Colossians 3:23–24, a passage emphasizing the importance of working wholeheartedly and with purpose.
