Four years ago, I was asked to redo the driveway at this home. Little did I know I would be asked to come back by the new owners to tackle a drainage issue. At this location, the water table flows in between the organic matter and the hard pan layer. Water would then seep into the crawl space. To fix this problem, we installed a curtain drain around the house and backfilled to the surface with stone. We also added a few catch basins. The driveway was completely torn up, so we regraded and added new gravel. The end result was to give the sump pump some relief and it hasn’t ran since. We have the know-how, we are capable of handling all your excavation needs.

As much as I dislike biweekly mowing due to early spring growth, heavy rains and beautiful sunny weather, this lawn has definitely improved with natural fertilization of grass clippings
